Ricketts’ Third Annual Federal Issues Forum Highlights His Work to Support Nebraska Producers

GRAND ISLAND, NE – This week, U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) hosted his third Federal Issues Forum at the Nebraska State Fair. The event included a legislative update from Senator Ricketts and a panel discussion on federal issues facing Nebraskans.

“Nebraska is an Ag State,” said Senator Ricketts. “Agriculture is more than what we do, it’s our way of life. I am grateful for Secretary Rollins and Senator Fischer for joining me to share how we are working together to support our agriculture community. Nebraska producers are the best in the business. I will continue working to deliver policies that put our farmers and ranchers first.”

The event took place in the Aurora Cooperative Pavilion and included a panel discussion and Q&A session with panelists U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins and U.S. Senator for Nebraska Deb Fischer (R-NE).
